As it turns out I have been officially banned from DA by my parents. This journal isn't going to be filled with drama and angst, like most journals are about leaving.

This is the reason why my watchers aren't going to get updated on this journal. If you happen to pass by, read it and understand, that's great. If not, they you won't have to be sad (if you are) that I'm leaving.

The reason that I'm leaving is simply that my parents believe I can be doing more productive things than being on here. They also think the DA won't have any positive influence on my future and it'd be better if I was focusing on more important things. At first I really really didn't want to leave, but as time went on I guess I realized life is not all about the internet. I should be outside, enjoying what time I have left of a clean world. I should be studying, improving my grades to be even better than they are. (And those who're wondering, I'm not leaving because I'm doing bad in school. Infact, I've held my 4.0 GPA for 3 years.) I should be researching, preparing for a future in which I shouldn't have to work 60 hours a week on minimum pay. Maybe even focus on really improving my art skills.

Throughout my time here on DA (it's almost been 3 years) I've met a bunch of different people with a bunch of different personalities. A lot of who I've already ran into once before, just didn't get a chance to know them better. I appreciate all the support everyone has given me because it has helped me improve on both my art and social skills. Some of you guys are just totally funny and crazy and it's just a blast talking with you. I'm also happy for all the friends I've gained through art because whether offline or on, if I have never started drawing I would have than less than half the friends I have now. I've also gained many perspectives on different subjects and being here and talking with people with different points has made me a better person in the sense that I've become a more open-minded.

Thanks for talking your time to get to know me better, look at my art, and comment and/or fav. Also for reading this final journal. Even if my parents don't think it, DeviantArt has been a good experience for me and I'm pretty sure I would be a totally different person if I had never even seen this site.
